ORGANIZING THE SIGNING OF COOPERATION BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY
On the afternoon of November 26, 2025, at Campus 1 (Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province), the delegation of Hanoi University of Industry led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school visited, worked and signed a cooperation agreement with the College of Industrial Technology.
On the side of BCIT, there was comrade Dao Duc Quang – Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school, comrades in the Board of Directors, heads of some Departments, Faculties and Centers of the school.

At the meeting, in the spirit of openness, cooperation, and mutual understanding of the two units with a tradition of training under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (the predecessor was Technical Workers School I established in 1898 and Technical Workers School II established in 1966), the two sides agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation with the following main contents:
Support each other in using and promoting human resources, experts, university and postgraduate training, training and development programs according to the needs of both sides.
Cooperate in scientific and technological activities; compile and publish books, textbooks, scientific publications; share information on international cooperation, etc.
Cooperate in sharing resources, facilities, and equipment that are the strengths of each side to serve training and scientific research.
Conduct exchange activities for staff, lecturers, trainees, and students; Share information related to benchmarking and comparison in quality assurance activities, etc.

The signing of the cooperation agreement will open up new opportunities for the two schools to develop together, especially for the Industrial Technical College with the goal of becoming a high-quality vocational education institution in Vietnam.
