VISION, MISSION, AND OBJECTIVES OF THE INDUSTRIAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Vision

The development strategy of the Industrial Technical College is to progressively elevate its mission and personnel capacity to become a university that trains high-quality human resources across multiple levels and disciplines, meeting the demands of national development and international integration.
The College aims to reach regional and international training standards, to become a destination for academic cooperation and technology transfer, and to be the starting point for the careers of Vietnamese students and students from Southeast Asian countries.

Mission

To train high-quality human resources for the industrial sector with an orientation toward applied research, capable of working independently and creatively in domestic and international enterprises.

Objectives

To train management staff, technical officers, and skilled workers for the economy who possess moral integrity, good health, solid professional knowledge, practical skills, industrial work style, labor discipline, and the ability to adapt to an internationally integrated environment.

To diversify training levels and disciplines, creating favorable conditions for learners to enhance their qualifications, and contributing to the supply of human resources for key industries such as industry, commerce, agriculture–forestry–fishery, and services.

To innovate management mechanisms, curricula, training content, training formats, and teaching methods; to improve faculty qualifications; to modernize facilities; and to strengthen international cooperation in education in order to create a collaborative, dynamic, and creative learning environment that supports comprehensive personal and professional development for learners.

To expand training based on societal needs and targeted training programs; to strengthen the connection between training and employment; and to link training with the realities of production.

To promote scientific research and technology transfer with high applicability to the industrial sector.

Over 46 years of development, the Industrial Technical College has achieved numerous accomplishments, including the Second-Class and Third-Class Independence Orders and many other prestigious awards. Many lecturers have been recognized as Distinguished Teachers; numerous teachers have achieved high results in provincial and national Excellent Teacher Competitions.
