a. Performing general duties: Directing administrative and management tasks in the following areas: Internal and external affairs; Use, management, renovation, repair, and replacement of office equipment; Asset and land management; Compliance with working hours regulations for school staff and higher-level regulations; Security and order; Fire prevention and control; Flood and storm prevention; Environmental sanitation; Physical education and sports; Culture and arts; For the advancement of women; Management and education of students.
b. Directly supervising and managing the following areas of work:
– School administration and management;
– Emulation and commendation;
– Development and implementation of admission regulations;
– Management, renovation, repair, and replacement of office equipment and dormitories; management of assets, land, lecture halls, buildings, and other facilities;
– Maintaining security and order throughout the school. Healthcare, food safety and hygiene, occupational safety, flood and storm prevention, fire prevention, environmental sanitation, and cafeteria management;
– Improving the content and methods of teaching and learning. Organizing emulation movements for good teaching and good learning; fostering excellent teachers and students;
– Disciplining staff, employees, and students;
– Participating in collective discussions with the Principal on major policies, plans, and measures in all aspects of the school’s work;
– Directing relevant units to carry out assigned tasks;
– Performing other tasks assigned by the Principal;
– Working at the Admissions and Student Affairs Office.
c. Directly in charge of the following units:
– Admissions and Student Affairs Office;
– High School Training and Vocational Guidance Center;
– Faculty of Economics and Commerce;
– Faculty of Automotive Technology and Mechanical Engineering.
