a) To comprehensively lead and manage all aspects of the School’s work according to the functions, tasks, and powers stipulated in Decision No. 2965/QD-BCT dated April 7, 2014, of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the functions, tasks, and powers of the Industrial Technical College and Decision No. 1985/QD-CDKTCN dated December 20, 2021, on the promulgation of the Regulations on the organization and operation of the Industrial Technical College.
b) To directly supervise and manage the following areas of work:
– Developing and implementing the School’s development strategy, plans, and programs;
– Personnel organization, recruitment of staff and employees;
– Planning – Finance, accounting;
– Training, business relations, international cooperation;
– Capital construction investment projects;
– Administrative reform, digital transformation;
– Protecting internal political security, conducting internal inspections;
– Developing comprehensive and annual training plans; teaching schedules; timetables; plans for the use and exploitation of equipment, classrooms, and workshops; developing training programs, training disciplines, and subject curricula;
– Developing examination and assessment regulations; promotion to the next grade; graduation recognition; and legal documents on the organization of the training process within the School as well as collaborative training;
– Directing the inspection of the School’s activities regarding: inspections, compliance with school regulations and regulations of higher authorities;
– Working in the Administrative and Management Department
c. Directly in charge of the following units:
– Administrative and Management Department;
– Planning and Finance Department;
– Training Management, Scientific Research and Quality Assurance Department;
– Electrical and Automation Faculty;
– Center for International Cooperation and Business Relations.
